If you know me, you know I love to add Golden Milk to my daily routine. I first tasted Golden Milk at the coffee shop I used to work at. The recipe was a blend of turmeric, ginger, cayenne pepper, cinnamon & black pepper, I’d normally have it with soy milk.
A big part of me growing into the #plantbasedshawty I am today is looking into the benefits of certain food so that I can enjoy it better. Since I know watermelon and celery have 90%+ of water, and some days are harder to get to my water intake goal, I try to add those 2 to my daily juices.

I aspire to build gardens in communities across the world so that we all learn more about the food we’re putting into our bodies. The right food will help you lose weight, increase blood flow, & shine from the inside out. You can think clearer, have more energy, and live happier. These are all things I’ve personally done since eating more fruits & vegetables in my diet.
No juicer? No problem!! I use my blender, mason jar & nut milk bag for now to make my favorite juices. Prepping is similar to making smoothies- I cut the fruits and vegetables to fit in the cup, fill it with water & blend for 30 seconds.
