I'm currently doing a fruit fast, where I eat fruits & drink water. I've been wanting to do this for a while because I love fruits, I've seen people lose weight, and I wanted to detox my body.
I love that I have more energy, my skin clears up, and I'm eating my favorite fruits. Besides the different flavors I can create with each smoothie, I love the health benefits each fruit includes.
